Ágatha Nogueira Previdelli

Graduated in Nutrition from School of Public Health/USP (2008) and PhD in Nutrition and Public Health  at School of Public Health/USP. She has experience in database analysis and data collection (ISA-São Paulo). She works mainly in the Public Health Nutrition area with emphasis on: nutritional epidemiology, methods and techniques in food and nutritional evaluation of population and individuals, food comsuption assessment, diet variability, nutrition recommendations and nutritional intervention.

Eliseu Verly Junior

Graduated in Nutrition at Federal University of Ouro Preto (2005), Master and PhD in Nutrition and Public Health at São Paulo University, has experience in data analysis and fieldwork . He works mainly with:  food consumption assessment, nutrient intake and diet variability. Currently is adjunct professor from Department of Epidemiology in Institute of Social Medicine at UERJ.  

Lígia Araújo Martini

Degree in Nutrition from São Camilo University (1989), Master (1993) and PhD (1998) in Nutrition at São Paulo University. She had a postdoctoral at  USDA at Tufts University - Boston MA. She was Research Associate level 3 in Mineral Bioavailability Laboratory at the same institution between 2000 and 2001. Currently is Associate Professor at  São Paulo University and Coodinator of the Posgraduate Program in Nutrition and Public Health From USP (since 2010).  She is  a Center of Research in Food and Nutrition member - NAPAN - USP. She is a contributing editor of Nutrition Reviews and scientific reviewer of Clinical Nutrition, Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism, Arquivos Brasileiros de Endocrinologia e Metabologia, Cadernos de Saúde Pública and others. She works with Nutrition and Metabolism, mainly with: bone mineral metabolism, vitamin D, metabolic syndrome, biochemical markers of food intake and body composition.

Marcelo Macedo Rogero

Degree in Nutrition from the São Paulo University (1994), Master in Food Science at São Paulo University  (2002) and PhD in Food Science at São Paulo University (2007). Postdoctoral in Food Science at São Paulo University (2008). Doctor professor (MS-3), with full dedication regime to teaching and research, at Department of Nutrition of School of Public Health - USP. He has experience in the areas of Biochemistry and Immunology, Nutrition and Biochemistry of Exercise, acting on the following topics: Nutrigenomics and Inflammation; Biochemistry of Proteins and Amino Acids, Glutamine Metabolism in Leukocytes, and Physical Activity and Macronutrients Metabolism.

Valéria Troncoso Baltar

Graduated in Statistics from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1999), specialization in Demography by The Latin American and Caribbean Demographic Centre - CELADE (1999), master in Statistics from the São Paulo University (2005) and PhD. in Public Health from USP (2011). She worked from 2001 to 2007 as the Laboratory of Epidemiology and Statistics of the Dante Pazzanese Institute of Cardiology. She has experience in the statistics area​​, with emphasis on Multivariate Analysis, mainly in the following areas: biostatistics, epidemiology, and nutrition. Postdoctoral inNutrition in the Public Health School(USP) and a research associate in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Imperial College London.
