Sandra Patrícia Crispim

Works in the nutritional epidemiology with emphasis on the study of methods to assess dietary intake in population studies. Earned a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands in 2011, a master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the Federal University of Viçosa in 2004 and graduation from the University of Vale in 2011. Is currently postdoctoral student at the University of São Paulo, with Young Talent Scholarship Science Without Borders Program.

Cristiane Hermes Sales

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2005), Master in Food Science (2008) and Doctor of Science (2013) from the University of São Paulo. Currently holds Postdoctoral internship in Nutrition in Public Health at the same institution and is member of the editorial board of the magazine Nutrire. Has experience in the area of ​​nutrition, with emphasis on nutritional analysis of populations and experimental nutrition, acting on the following topics: assessment of nutritional status, mineral and non-communicable chronic diseases (type 2 diabetes and obesity).
